Chairman's Update
Another Political Attack on the Only Real Opposition

Dear fellow Patriot,

Andrew Tierney (centre of photograph), one of our Liverpool super-activists, was convicted today of common assault after having been attacked by a gang of state-sponsored political thugs from UAF (Unite Against Fascism) in Liverpool city centre and having the courage to defend his brother from the attackers.

It was last October that the three members of the Liverpool group held a Bring Our Boys Home stall in the city centre. Having set out their stall, they were approached by a rabble of UAF thugs who charged at the activists and subjected them to a physical assault. The thugs overturned the stall, tore the Union Jack from the table, trampled it and dragged Andrew's brother Peter to the ground.

As he was dragged along the ground by his hair, clumps were torn from his head and beard. Further bodily harm was only prevented when Andrew intervened and threw the hate-fuelled UAF attackers aside, who then proceeded to shout death threats at the courageous brothers before turning their attention to two of our older Party ladies and hurling abuse at them.
The police arrived some ten minutes later, by which time most of the UAF thugs had escaped.
Police calmly arrested eight of the UAF thugs.

British Injustice
Yesterday District Judge Miriam Shelvey found Andrew guilty in his absence. Despite the fact that Andrew's doctor had requested the case be postponed due to an asthma attack, the establishment stooge refused to delay the court.
Today Andrew appeared in court. Nick Griffin MEP and other members of the British National Party were in attendance. Despite admitting the violence and physical assaults on British National Party members, the UAF thugs were acquitted of all charges by notorious anti-British, establishment stooge District Judge Miriam Shelvey.
District Judge Miriam Shelvey found Andrew guilty of common assault. Andrew now has an electronic tag around his ankle and is subject to an eight-week curfew. He is allowed out of his house from 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and has been charged £620 to cover the costs.
Andrew has no previous convictions and has never been in trouble with the police before. Rest assured, the British National Party will be fighting to clear Andrew's name and is launching a legal challenge to overturn the verdict on a number of grounds.
What does it take for the British people to get justice? If it's not Christians charged for displaying a cross, or police prosecuting British people for defending their property from looters... then it's British National Party activists being hauled up in front of biased judges on trumped-up charges.
There is only so much the British people will take, and we are being pushed to the brink. We will continue to spread the message of the injustices against the British people, but we need your help.

P.S. I also wish to keep you updated on the case of our Derby Organiser Paul Hilliard. Paul was finally released on police bail late into Wednesday evening. He has been accused of shouting abusive comments. Accusations that are rubbish, hurtful, but once again designed to encourage us to hide away.
