Relying upon the most recent UN population studies, Buchanan declares:

* By 2050, only 10% of the world,s people will be of European descent. One third of Europe,s people will be over 60, and one-in-ten over 80. Involuntary euthanasia has already come to Europe.

* Between now and 2050, Asia, Africa, and Latin America will grow by three to four billion people -- 30 to 40 new Mexicos! -- as Europe will lose the equivalent of the entire population of Germany, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

* By 2050, 23 million Germans will have disappeared along with 16 million Italians and 30 million Russians.

* Russia will lose Siberia and the far east to China and be pushed out of the Caucuses and Central Asia, where Islamic populations are exploding while Russia,s is dying.

* Either Europe must effect a radical cutback in pensions and health care for seniors, or Europe must import scores of millions of Arabs and Africans to care for the elderly and pay the taxes to sustain their welfare states.


* The 4.2 million Palestinians in Israel and on the West Bank and Gaza will explode to 9 million by 2025, and 15 million by 2050, when Palestinians will outnumber Israel,s Jewish population two-to-one.

* America,s "Dual Containment policy in the Persian Gulf seems unsustainable. In less than 25 years, Iraq will have 42 million people and Iran 94 million people, more than any European nation except Russia.

* The Islamic invasions of Spain and France in the eighth century, and of the Balkans and Central Europe from the 14th to the 17th centuries, will be reenacted in the lifetime of most of those now living. Islam has already surpassed Catholicism as the largest religion on earth.

* It is the Christian nations -- Catholic, Protestant, and Orthodox -- that have begun to die. In a chapter titled, "Where Have All the Children Gone? Buchanan explains why, and why it is unlikely the West can solve the demographic crisis before it leads to The Death of the West.

In his chapter La Reconquista, Buchanan contends that an invasion of the United States is taking place and that America now harbors a "nation within a nation.

* There are 30 million foreign born in the U.S. today, and between 9 and 11 million illegal aliens, or as many undocumented aliens in the U.S. as there are people in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut.

* Mexico is exporting its poor and unemployed for U.S. taxpayers to employ and educate. Radical and militant Hispanics and Mexican leaders alike believe this will lead to the cultural and demographic recapture of the Southwest from America, reversing the results of The Mexican War.


* By supporting open borders, the GOP is committing suicide. First-time Hispanic voters chose Clinton 15-1 over Dole. Of the seven major immigration states -- Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, California, Texas and Florida -- Mr. Bush lost five, and perhaps six. Of the 10 states with the smallest share of immigrants, Bush won all 10.

* European-Americans are a minority in America,s most populous state, California, and by 2004, will be a minority in Texas.



* The political agenda of California Hispanics includes
d Western civilization disparaged and demeaned.


* When Mel Gibson,s film, "The Patriot, came out in 2000, it was savagely attacked for presenting black Americans as fighting patriots in the Revolutionary War.


* With the assault on Confederate books, symbols, flags, heroes, and holidays almost complete, the attack is now proceeding against the Puritan fathers, soldiers who fought in The Mexican War, and, in New Jersey, even against the Declaration of Independence itself.


* In some school districts, Mark Twain, Flannery O,Connor, and any realistic portrayal of the America South, including Harper, Lee,s To Kill a Mockingbird, are now forbidden.


* Even the great museums on America,s Mall, to introduce school children to the greatness and glory of America,s past, are being used to indoctrinate children in how wicked and evil our forefathers were.


In his chapter, "The De-Christianization of America, Buchanan argues that the death of the Christian faith in Western countries is a primary cause of their dying populations. Whenever faith dies, the people die. A new atheistic civilization is arising, he argues, and is using its dominance of the culture and the courts to drive Christianity out of the temples of our civilization.


* Secular Humanism, widely mocked and disparaged, a few decades ago, is now the dominant faith of the nation,s cultural elites. The moral tenets of humanism are replacing those of Christianity in our public life.


* Even Christian churches are rewriting their hymnals to make them acceptable to the dominant culture.


* Anti-Catholic films and filthy and blasphemous anti-Christian art are the deliberate insults of a triumphant pagan and secularist faith.

"Economic unity and political unity are twins: one cannot be born without the other following," said Friedrich List, the famed German economist and nationalist. Again and again, history has proven List right.

Economic union leads inexorably to political union. The left has always understood this. The right never does, until too late.

When Hamilton created a free-trade zone across 13 states, a strong U.S. central government was baked in the cake. Bismarck used a customs union, the Zollverein, to harness Germany under Prussia's whip hand.

And thus the European Coal & Steel Community of the 1950s led to a Common Market, a European Community, today's European Union and tomorrow's Euroland. There, the 12 nations that are today surrendering their national currencies to adopt the "euro" will enjoy all the liberty and independence of Rhode Island.

For Europe there may be no turning back. The patriot's vision of DeGaulle, of a Europe of fatherlands "from the Atlantic to the Urals," is dead. The alternative vision of a managerial elite, of a socialist superstate that they shall run, has triumphed. Despising sovereignty, worshipping power, the nameless, faceless technocrats of the EU have just taken a Great Leap Forward.

France, Germany and Italy, who are exchanging their money for the euro, are surrendering control of monetary policy and, with it, control of fiscal policy and national destiny. Should a recession hit Italy, Rome will be in a straight jacket, unable to run a deficit or devalue the lira. Italy will have less freedom to act in her national interest than Argentina in her current crisis.

Nevertheless, a prediction: This European superstate will not endure, but break apart on the barrier reef of nationalism. For when the hard times come, patriots will recapture control of their national destinies from Brussels bureaucrats to whom no one will ever give loyalty or love.

Who, after all, would fight or die for the EU?

There are other reasons to believe the new Europe will fail. Unlike America, where 90 percent of the people speak English, the 300 million people in the new eurozone speak a dozen languages. And while she remains affluent, Europe's dynamism is fading away along with her industrial base. Militarily, as we saw in Kosovo, the new Europe is pathetic. Fifty-six years after Hitler died in his bunker, Europe requires American troops to defend her. Europe is a gated community in an increasingly desperate global neighborhood.

Each year brings a new European threat to "go it alone." But these have begun to ring as hollow as the threats of children to run away from home, who never quite get around to it. As for Europe's plan to build a 60,000-soldier Rapid Reaction Force to replace NATO, one is tempted to say: For heaven's sake, get on with it!

Most important, Europe is dying. There is not a single nation in all of Europe with a birth rate sufficient to keep its population alive, except Muslim Albania. In 17 European nations, there are already more burials than births, more coffins than cradles.

Between 2000 and 2050, Asia, Africa and Latin America will add 3 billion to 4 billion people – 30 to 40 new Mexicos! – as Europe loses the equal of the entire population of Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany. By 2050, the median age in Europe will be 50, nine years older than the oldest nation on earth today, Japan. One in 10 Europeans will be over 80. And who will take care of these scores of millions of elderly, before the Dutch doctors arrive at the nursing home?

Immigrants is the answer, immigrants already pouring into Europe in the hundreds of thousands annually from the Middle East and Africa, changing the character of the Old Continent. Just as Europe once invaded and colonized Asia, Africa and the Near East, the once-subject peoples are coming to colonize the mother countries. And as the Christian churches of Europe empty out, the mosques are going up.

Yet, even as great nations like France, Germany, Italy and Spain grow weary of the strain of staying independent, sovereign and free, the sub-nations within are struggling to be born again. In Scotland, Wales, Ulster, Corsica, the Basque country and northern Italy are secessionist movements not unlike those that broke up Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union into 22 independent nations.

If the alternative is the atheist-socialist superstate rising in Europe, patriots everywhere should cheer the sub-nations. For the world struggle that succeeds the Cold War is between patriots and globalists, a struggle where loyalty to transnational regimes will one day be considered treason to the nation.

Buchanan putroppo a ragione. La california del sud sembra il messico se non peggio. Le grandi citta' americane sono popolate per la maggioranza da un meticciaio senza forma che svolge. I bianchi sono sempre colletti bianchi che hanno al loro servizio questi immigrati.

La stessa cosa sta diventando vera per citta' come Londra e Parigi dove le periferie sono completamente abitate da magrebini e medio orientali.

E le cose non stanno per niente migliorando. Gli immigrati una volta qui si riproducono di piu' e piu' spesso di noi, quindi nell`arco di quella che per noi e' una generazione loro ne hanno due.

Siamo una razza in decadenza completa, impaurita di difendersi per aver paura di essere chiamati razzisti.
Siamo una delle peggiori generazioni di indoeuropei che ha mai toccato la faccia della terra.

Invece di issare una resistenza estrema ci asciamo conquistare senza aprire bocca.

Siamo una generazione in parte di traditori e in parte di vigliacchi.

Il calvinismo - l'idea attorno al quale si sono formati gli Stati Uniti, e che ne costituisce l'intima essenza, inalienabile - non contempla la valutazione della qualità e di valori che si distacchino dall'economia pura del mercante. E quindi nemmeno un differenzialismo sarà mai possibile per loro.
Sono destinati a rimanere intrappolati nel vortice da loro messo in circolo, con la colonizzazione del mondo, il livellamento delle differenze, l'imposizione di un unico modello, con l'immigrazione come ritorno, e l'economicismo e l'arricchimento come dio che fagocita tutti.
Ciò che Buchanan ha scoperto in ritardo, l'America l'ha distrutto nel '45. Per sempre.

Eh beh Patrizio, non ho saputo resistere . Cmq la cosa interessante che si evince da discorsi simili è che, anche se si percepisce in alcuni ambienti USA un certo rapporto di amore-odio per le radici europee, la classe dirigente WASP non riesce a liberarsi dalle categorie mentali veterotestamentarie-calvinistiche, perciò alla fine il sentimento prevalente è sempre l'odio per ciò che l' Europa rappresenta; la possibilità che questa nostalgia della radice fondante diventi un tentativo di ricerca a ritroso da parte loro è nulla.
Che dire di + ? Certo che l'occidente sta morendo, non potrebbe fare altro. Ma è giusto che muoia, poichè in esso non c'è nulla che meriti di essere risparmiato.
Ovviamente dal pto di vista etnicista non sto dicendo che le razze europee debbano estinguersi fisicamente e per sempre, ma che il tipo di strutture spirituali sorte dall'occidente meritano di perire.
