Since the early 1980s, Ernst Zündel, an immigrant to Canada from Southwest Germany, has been struggling for his right to voice his skeptical views about World War II history in general and the Holocaust in particular. As no other individual in the western world, Zündel attracted both attention and support, but also a lot of hatred, for his fight. He fights for the right of Germans to defend themselves against the most heinous criminal accusation ever made in mankind history: the right to doubt and challenge the accusation that Germans, during World War II, murdered six million Jews in the most atrocious way. The world denies the Germans the right of defense, the worst deniers being the German government itself.

In 2000, Zündel married a U.S. citizen and subsequently immigrated to the U.S. On Wednesday, February 5, 2003, Ernst Zündel was arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service for allegedly staying in the U.S. without a valid visa...
