Red face Afghan Boy Destroys a US Tank

MEERANSHAH (AZZAM): 12 Year Old Boy Destroys a US Tank and Kills 10 Crusaders In Broad Daylight. Illustrating the plight of the Muslims in Afghanistan a 12 year old boy took it upon his young shoulders to fight the Crusaders. A US tank enroute from Gardez to Khost, parked off a highway near Matta Cheena for drinking water. When US and Coalition soldiers were returning to their tanks the 12 year-old boy threw several hand grenades at the tank and soldiers. The vehicle caught fire and seven US and Coalition and three Afghan militia were killed instantly.

The dead included US Marines and Italian soldiers. Two soldiers outside the vehicle sustained life threatening injuries. After the attack, the young Mujahid made a safe exit.

Other Coalition soldiers in the convoy who were a distance away returned upon hearing the explosion and carried out house to house searches, but failed to locate the 12 year-old boy. They left the with their dead and injured, but without the Mujahid son of this Ummah.

An announcement was made by US troops to hand over the 12 year old-boy within three days or face the arrest of all residents in the region.

    Mujahideen Raid on US Checkpost

KHOST (AZZAM): Mujahideen forces raided a military checkpost in Khost killing between five and 14 US soldiers, together with taking many as captives. Chaos and tension spread among US ranks after this sudden attack.

Later in the day unknown men assassinated 40 year-old Italian citizen Orfew Britoleny in south western Afghan province of Zabul when on his way from Kabul to Kandahar.

The Italian citizen was apparently a "tourist" in a war torn country ravaged by decades of famine, and clearly unsafe for foreigners. Governor Zabul Hameedullah blamed the Taliban for this assassination.

Also in Zabul assailants set fire to a co-education institution which had been used as a hospital during Taliban rule.

    American Trained Afghan Militia Flee

KABUL (AZZAM): Newly trained Afghan troops upon completing their training fled from Khost to Kabul fearing a fight with the Taliban Mujahideen. It should be noted that American forces played a key role in their training.

Hamid Karzai has posted 300 Afghan soldiers in Khost by to attempt to counter the Taliban mujahideen.

An encounter between Taliban Mujahideen and Afghan troops occured in the Ali Khail region of Khost early on Saturday morning. The battle lasted four hours and both sides sufferred casualties. Afghan authorities claimed that the attackers had enterred Afghanistan after crossing over from Pakistan.

American installed Afghan President Hamid Karzai, falling outside of "democratic principles" has warned all his governors of Afghan border provinces to either increase their operations against the Taliban or prepare themselves for severe punishment. Karzai suspects that Commander Mullah Daadullah and Akhter Usmani are currently leading the Taliban Mujahideen in the region.

Herat's governor Hakim Ismail Khan did not attend a meeting of governors of border provinces due to which doubts have risen among Afghan government officials about his role.

Governor of Kandahar's Cousin Assassinated in Chaman

CHAMAN (AZZAM): Muhammad Kazim, cousin of Kandahar's governor Gul Agha was assassinated in the Pakistani border city of Chaman. The incident occured at a petrol station in interior part of the city when Kazim was heading to Spin Boldak from the Chaman region of Baluchistan province of Pakistan. Two Afghan body guards of Kazim were also seriously injured in the attack and were later transferred to hospital. Kazim also died in the hospital after sustaining serious wounds in the attack.

Relatives of Kazim have demanded that the Pakistani government arrest the attackers as this incident occured within Pakistani boundaries. Pakistani officials assured them of full cooperation in arresting the assailants behind this attack.

    American Consulate Rocked By Explosion

KABUL (AZZAM): Fear and tension swept across the region after a bomb exploded outside the American consulate in Kabul on sunday night.

Fire engines, ambulances and military trucks belonging to Coalition forces were seen heading towards the Consulate after the explosion. No details of casualties have been released by the Americans.

    Four Mujahideen Gain Martyrdom

KHOST (AZZAM): Four Mujahideen who seemingly were heading towards their target to carry out an operation gained martyrdom as their bomb detonated before the attack. According to Khost's Commander Khial Baaz the four Mujahideen present in their car consisted of two Pakistani, one Yemeni and one former Taliban Mujahid. The Taliban Mujahid was recognised as Bacha Malkhowee, who had carried out several rocket raids on the Crusaders in the past few months inflicting heavy casualties.
