Procurement: MiG Aircraft Corporation On Life Support


September 28, 2013: Russia recently announced it is buying 16 MiG-29SMT jet fighters. The Russian Air Force does not want these MiGs and the government is making the purchase to keep the MAC (MiG Aircraft Corporation) from going bankrupt.
