vi incolla questa interessantissima pagina del RRJ che a partire dal 2007 solcherà i cieli in concorrenza a embraer e canadair...la lotta si fa ancora più agguerrita!

Per l'RRJ la progettazione è divisa tra ilyushin sukhoi e boeing ( !! ) con motori snecma/NPO saturn (e partecipazione dell'italiana AVIO).
Cito questo interessantissimo aereo (di cui mi ero dimenticato) perchè si vocifera che Air france e KLM potrebbero comprarlo (hanno visitato la sukhoi l'altro mese).

Con queste caratteristiche, sembra una bomba. Il 95 decolla anche da FLR e arriva ovunque in Europa senza limitazioni.....

MA chi lo comprerà?? Credo nessuno a parte le compagnie russe.

stavolta la componentistica mi sembra sia tutta occidentale (rockwell collins, honeywell, carrelli liebherr eccetera) e la boeing potrebbe metterci uno zampino nel marketing ... credo che sarà diffuso molto anche fuori dalla russia.

Secondo me, come tutti i progetti russi, se mai verra' realizzato avra' una gestazione lunghissima e una diffusione limitatissima.
Dopo poche decine di esemplari la produzione verra' sospesa.
Purtroppo il panorama aerospaziale russo e' pieno di progetti molto promettenti che stentano a "decollare" :

TU-204 e -334
IL-96

Solo per citarne alcuni....

Certo se dovessero intervenire dei notevoli cambiamenti nelle condizioni attuali non e' da escludere che l'RRJ possa farcela...

Stefano in questo progetto però ci sono forti pressioni esterne e c'è possibilità di export, cosa che con progetti come 334 e tu204, totalmente russi, diminuisce drasticamente.

Viste le specifiche sembra l'aereo che tutti avrebbero voluto e che nessuno a mai costruito..... staremo a vedere. Forse se Boeing fà da sponsor e la tecnologia è occidentale qualche possibilità in più dei suoi "fratelli" maggiori potrebbe averla

Io lo so, tu lo sai... ma chi glielo va a dire all'italiota (si, quello che con il posto assegnato, a inizio imbarco, sgomita per salire prima degli altri) che prende l'aereo una volta ogni due anni di salire su un velivolo di costruzione russa?
Tanto che vuoi, chi scrive sulla stampa generalista se ne intende, di aeromobili.

"FARNBOROUGH - At an airshow in Farnborough (the UK), the Russian Sukhoi jet producer and Siberia Airlines signed an agreement on supplying fifty RRJ 95 short-haul aircraft (Russian Regional Jet), the press service of Sukhoi told RBC. According to the terms of the agreement, the first aircraft is to be supplied in 2007.

The serial production of the RRJ 95 jet is scheduled for 2006. The first aircraft will be assembled by 2005 and the first flight is scheduled for the end of 2005. "

"Snecma and Avio Sign a Collaboration Agreement on the SM146 Engine

FARNBOROUGH --- Snecma, represented by Marc Ventre, Chairman and CEO of Snecma Moteurs, and Saverio Strati, Chairman and CEO of Avio, signed today a collaboration agreement on the SM146 engine in which Avio is taking 8.80% of the SM146 engine program as a risk sharing partner within the Snecma share.

According to this agreement, Avio will be in charge of the development, the production and the support of the combustor sub assembly as well as the transfer and the accessory gearboxes.

“I’m delighted that a world class aerospace engine manufacturer such as Avio joins the SM146 engine program” said Marc Ventre, Chairman and CEO of Snecma Moteurs. “The SM146 will embody the world’s leading engine technology and Avio’s contribution will be a key element of this strategy”.

Avio Chairman and CEO Saverio Strati added: “Avio has developed a unique technology for accessory drives and combustors and we are proud to see such a technology benefit the SM146 engine program”.

Sukhoi selected the SM146 Propulsion System, developed by Snecma Moteurs and NPO Saturn, to power the new Russian Regional Jet (RRJ) aircraft family in April 2003. The RRJ is being developed by Sukhoi Civil Aircraft with support from Boeing. Sukhoï plans to deliver from 800 to 1,000 RRJs until 2022 and has just announced the signature of an agreement for the purchase of 50 RRJ-95 aircraft by Siberia Airlines.

"Boeing to help develop Russian regional jetliner

A team led by Russian plane maker Sukhoi that includes The Boeing Co. has won the competition to develop a Russian regional jetliner. By beating out rivals Tupolev and Myasishchev, the Sukhoi team secured Russian state backing to develop the plane, known as the RRJ, for Russian Regional Jet. The team is proposing to build three variants: a 55-seat RRJ-60, a 75-seat RRJ-75 and a 95-seat RRJ-95.

The aircraft is expected to make its maiden flight in 2006 and enter mass production in 2007. Sukhoi hopes to sell some 630 of the craft domestically and abroad through 2022. In additional to providing technical help for the design work and subsequent certification, Boeing will assist with marketing and sales. It is not clear whether Boeing will provide any financial backing."

Tra le tante sembrerebbe che la Siberia Airlines ne avrebbe ordinati/opzionati ben 50.
