17 OCT 2005 ILS frequency temporarily jammed at Tokyo-Haneda

Problems with the reception of ILS signals at Tokyo-Haneda caused the closure of runway 16R/34L for three hours and the delay of fifty flights. It appeared that a US Navy fleet returning to the Yokosuka naval base in the area was using the same frequency.
