SAA to add more international flights
September 29, 2006
SAA will introduce additional international flights to increase market share and boost revenue.
Nomfanelo Magwentshu, SAA's general manager for business development, said yesterday: "We are seeing huge demand on certain routes."
From October 29 the route from Washington to Johannesburg will operate non-stop, instead of via Dakar. This will be the only non-stop flight between Johannesburg and North America. Between November and January, there will be extra flights to Frankfurt, London and Perth. - Samantha Enslin, Durban
