Fra l'altro rendere gli sfratti difficoltosi e lunghi ha reso inaccessibili gli affitti. La gente ormai preferisci tenere i propri immobili sfitti (un terzo degli immobili sono sfitti in Italia), chi affitta lo fa solo a prezzi molto alti, spesso imponendo di non spostare la residenza nel proprio immobile.

Il mercato immobiliare in Italia comunque è semplicemente folle. La politica non se ne occupa minimamente.

La gente ormai preferisci tenere i propri immobili sfitti (un terzo degli immobili sono sfitti in Italia), chi affitta lo fa solo a prezzi molto alti, spesso imponendo di non spostare la residenza nel proprio immobile.

Intanto è uscita una sentenza che dice se muore l'affidatario della casa popolare per esempio tua madre e tu decidi di rimanere scatta il reato di invasione di edificio,basterebbe fare una cosa semplicissima,in caso di sfratto per morosità scatta la denuncia penale per occupazione abusiva.
