Dear friends,

tesco has just returned from the Wave - Gothic meeting in Leipzig. despite
the weak lineups, a lot of people from the industrial and neo-folk scene
showed up to visit like every year the few interesting concerts, like the
CMI- bands, Darkwood , Sonne Hagall and some other neo-folk orientated
bands.

this year many friends and followers of this scene got seriously injured
just because they are listening to the "wrong" music, going to the "wrong"
concerts, having the "wrong" haircut or wearing the "wrong" clothes. the
leftwing terrorists attacked only groups of 2-3 people in the dark, they
were looking for small people of course. then groups of 10 masked "anti
whatever", armed with knives, clubs and iron bars, "bravley" clubbed them
down in a vicious attack of 30 seconds. it could have been you! it can
happen everywhere.

we complained at the organizer of the festival after the first incidents
became visible, and asked them for better protection of the "endangered"
concerts, or to instruct some of the more than 100 hundred body-builders of
the security force to patrol the way to and from the concerts. or ask for
police protection ...nothing happened, only stupid arguments were given back

like, they know that its dangerous, they should walk in groups, they should
wear other clothes, we canīt be everywhere...

we ask:
how can these people enter the concerts without paying?
why can we identify them as violent criminals and not the security?
are moles within the security?
why was there no reaction after the first incidents were reported? just new
beatings each day!
why wasnīt there any help to those people who got beaten up? whether from
other visitors nor from the security nor the police?
those attackers must be known, are they jailed now?
is there any public attention towards this?
whats next year?

believe me the people I know who got hurt looked normal, in general there
were hardly any camouflage, they just wanted to listen to music.

so what to do now, the responsible persons are dealing with the health of us

all...they bring these bands to play, and they want the bands fans to
come....and go...what they want is the money

awareness! donīt turn you back when someone in your reach gots beaten up, it

might be you!

bands and labels and followers of the labels should boykott the festival in
the future! think about that!

a non violent scene attracts the brutal forces of stupidity and noone cares
until they are knocking on your shoulder next time and smash an iron-bar
into your face. its time to put pressure on those who can do
something...magazines should no longer give any hatred-mongers a platform
but report about the "tolerance" of those we should tolerate! No way!

we are in deep grief with our injured friends and fellows, we wonīt forget!
