mentre alcuni si preoccupano di dare una assicurazione a tutti, immigranti illegali compresi, non capendo bene da dove prendere i soldi (Edwards "alzeremo le tasse ai ricchi" , Richardson "daremo piu' potere ai sindacati" , Hillary "dragheremo soldi dalle compagnie assicuratrici" .. tutte cose molto liberali... ) Giuliani ha ricevuto il places da Forbes e parimenti ha lanciato le sue idee circa la prossima fiscalita' americana.
