Cantine Aperte, è l’evento più importante che si svolge in Italia con protagonista il vino, la sua gente e i suoi territori. Cantine Aperte si svolge annualmente nell’ultima domenica di maggio nelle cantine socie del Movimento Turismo del Vino. L’evento attira l’attenzione di turisti e residenti, incuriositi dalla manifestazione che rappresenta il primo segnale di apertura, dialogo e contatto diretto e la possibilità di fare un’esperienza di grande interesse culturale e valore umano.

Protagonisti i giovani
Da non sottovalutare un dato estremamente importante: sono soprattutto i giovani, da soli, in coppia o in comitive, che contribuiscono alla vitalità di Cantine Aperte e delle innumerevoli iniziative di cultura gastronomica ed artistica che attorno all’evento fioriscono su iniziativa degli stessi vignaioli.

I numeri
Dalla prima edizione svoltasi nel 1993 ad oggi, la manifestazione ha riscosso un successo costante ed una crescita esponenziale. Il successo è dovuto al graduale coinvolgimento di tutto il territorio nazionale ed alla conseguente consapevolezza dei produttori stessi che, con il passare del tempo, vedevano svilupparsi potenzialità di accoglienza inattese, fino a raggiungere le cifre sorprendenti dell’ultimo anno: oltre ottocento cantine aperte per un milione di enoturisti entusiasti.

Le prospettive
Il Movimento Turismo del Vino sta operando con l’obiettivo di diffondere l’idea del grande giorno di festa del vino e dei suoi territori allargando Cantine Aperte anche ad altri Paesi, europei ed extra europei, a forte caratterizzazione vitivinicola e con un legame altrettanto forte con le tradizione enogastronomiche.
