Vasp suspends all routes Jan 28
Vasp has cancelled its last 8 passenger routes yesterday. Earlier the airline started cancelling flights that were less than 50% full which the Brazilian DAC said was illegal. The DAC said that VASP can operate charter flights or apply for new routes however its 6-month emergency license to fly expires in April. In addition a lot of the airline employees voted to go on strike yesterday to protest delays in getting paychecks.
