Ho comprato un gioco in un sito tailandese, ho effettuato il pagamento in Postepay come faccio sempre su internet, loro dopo aver registrato il mio ordine mi hanno mandato questa mail.
Hi !
My name is Supranee (or you can call me Aei) and I will be taking care of your order. First and foremost, we would like to thank you for your order. As this is the first time that you have placed an order with www.zest.co.th using your credit card, the financial institution that handles our credit card transactions (United Overseas Bank Thailand) would like some additional information from you before we can process your order any further.
Information Required :
The AUTHORIZATION CODE (sometimes called the merchant code or approval code) from the bank or financial institution that issued your credit card for order ----- for the amount of --- Baht.
Everytime that you make any purchase using your credit card, an AUTHORIZATION CODE is issued to the merchant (that is to www.zest.co.th in this case) and to your bank. Please call your local bank / financial institution that issued your credit card and tell them that you just made an online transaction and that you need the AUTHORIZATION CODE to get it verified with us and email it back to us at order@zest.co.th. Most probably, the bank will ask you some questions to verify that you are the owner of the credit card.
The AUTHORIZATION CODE is NOT the 3 character code at the back of your credit card.
Alternatively, if you prefer not to get the Authorization Code, please scan us the top of your credit card statement showing your name, the last 4 character of your credit card and address that the credit card statement is mailed to.
Ma che vogliono? il codice di autorizzazione? ma io uso una carta prepagata non una carta di credito...che roba è? nessuno mi sa dare una mano?
