How many languages do you speak?

I speak italian (mother language) english and german as foreign languages, a little bit of french and few russian words (I wish I could learn more).

Thanks, but my Italian consists of sitting here and trying to figure out how to say what I want to say.

Then I backspace and try a different verb.

Then I try to figure out if there's any other way to say it.

Finally I give up and just type something else instead.
