MULTAN: A local Punchayat has ordered handing over of Muhammad Rafiq Naunari’s wife to Muhammad Nawaz whose eight-year-old daughter was sexually assaulted by Rafiq in a village near Jehanian.

Rafiq’s wife went to her parent’s home to save herself after coming to know about the controversial judgement of the Punchayat. According to details, a student of Class III, Shabana Nawaz, 8, was kidnapped on May 23 when she was going to school and later she was sexually assaulted by Muhammad Rafiq Naunari, the father of five, in Chak No 116/10-R, some 35km from Multan.

On Shabana’s cries the area people came to her help and caught Rafiq red-handed but later he managed to flee. Later, a session of a local Panchayat was held on the request of the victim girl’s father. Rafiq’s brothers — Muhammad Habib, Muhammad Hanif and Muhammad Siddique — presented their four daughters and offered the hand of one of them to the victim family but Nawaz turned down the offer.

Finally, the Punchayat ordered handing over of Rafiq’s wife to Nawaz to take revenge. When contacted, RPO Multan Mirza Muhammad Ali said, “Neither the complainant nor any other resident of the area approached the police.”

He said: “The police have arrested two brothers of Muhammad Rafiq and his nephew Abdul Khaliq while Rafiq is still at large and he has ordered the investigation officer, Chaudhry Latif Gujjar, for medical examination of the victim girl and registration of the case.

When contacted, Muhammad Nawaz said that he had visited the Jehanian Police Station along with her daughter but the police did not register the case and said that case would be registered when the SHO would return from Khanewal.


In sintesi , un giudice pachistano di Multan ha sentenziato che Muhammad Rafiq Naunari , siccome ha violentato la figlia di 8 anni di Muhammad Nawaz , deve cedere sua moglie per farla violentare dal padre della bimba , cosi il torto sarà compensato..

ok, allora il mio commento è che un paese con una giustizia siffatta, e con un presidente golpista sospettato di responsabilità nell'omicidio della sua avversaria politica, è nella coalizione dei Volenterosi per portare la democrazia in Iraq. Certo c'è qcosa che non torna.

Il Pakistan è alleato degli Usa, quindi Ferrara in piazza agita la bandiera a stelle e strisce anche per Musharraf e la sharia pakistana.

il tizio in questione non ci rimette nulla.
Ha avuto il coraggio di violentare una bimba di 8 anni figuriamoci se non violenta quotidianamente la moglie.....

Il padre della bimba dovrebbe violentare l'imputato, così il torto sarebbe ricompensato
