Part two applies the thesis to the unresolved problem in The Bell Curve that racial and ethnic differences in a number of social phenomena such as crime, welfare dependency, rates of marriage, etc. cannot be fully explained by differences in intelligence and proposes that some of the residual disparities are attributable to differences in psychopathic personality. Part three of the paper integrates the theory with Rushton’s r-K theory of race differences.

Chi l'ha detto? Parzialmente ti do ragione, siamo riusciti ad attirare i ceti inferiori al voto favorevole a noi, e secondo me l'abbassano l'IQ medio. Ma in totale siamo ovviamente migliori noi. Altrimenti non saremmo ai sommi capi del pianeta.

Poi in realtà non è vero. Nei termini in cui ne parlano
'Cognitive abilities are critical in forming impressions of other people and in being open minded,' say the researchers.

'Individuals with lower cognitive abilities may gravitate towards more socially conservative right-wing ideologies that maintain the status quo.

'It provides a sense of order.'


Si vede chiaramente che saltano un elemento chiave dell'intelligenza, la capacità di valutare ciò che non si può che porre in termini molto grandi. Chi si affida alla statistica dispregia i neri, e questi folli affermano che l'intelligenza è necessaria a formarsi delle opinioni sugli altri (vero) e che sarebbe necessaria intelligenza per essere "aperti mentalmente". È tutta qui la chiave della storia, cosa significa essere "aperti mentalmente"? Un punto che probabilmente ci separa (a mio favore).
Altra cosa è la tesi secondo cui il conservatorismo ed la voglia di mantenere lo "status quo" descriverebbe individui meno intelligenti? E perché mai? Al re conviene la la monarchia.
