B777 from JFK to MXP in C Class and then an A320 or A321 from MXP to ATH - business trip. Overall, an outstanding experience on AZ. Great Service - flight attendants - friendly, beautiful young woman and handsome young man, well dressed and somewhat flirty. However, I wonder why AZ hires Milanese fashion model types exclusively. Good food for an airline but well below the standards of one of the two countries (Italy and France) which have some of best food in the world. Outstanding new aircraft, spotlessly clean interiors, that were well designed - white leather seats with gold trim on the B777. Best that I have ever seen on any airline. After having avoided AZ for years, I can say that transatlantic C Class services are as good as or better than Singapore on the B777. Inter European Flights are mixed - with young, enthusiastic staff on the A320s, they are awesome - older staff, on MD80s, you kind of wonder is this really an Italian Airline - known for class, charm, friendliness.

CMq non credo sia vero che sui 320 c'è gente giovane e i vecchi stanno sull'md80, dovrebbe essere un turno casuale o no?

per il momento le migliori sono quelle di air dolomiti anche perchè quando davo i documenti al comandante sugli atr essendo io giù e loro su si vedeva bene il panorama.....
