An asylum seeker attacked a police officer shortly after he was let off community service for assaulting another cop due to health and safety regulations.

Jordanian national Mustafa Al Mbaidin pushed and spat at Dorset PC Ian Leslie just two weeks after he appeared in court for attacking another officer.

On that occasion the 28-year-old shoved at PC Selina Swan and hit her on the head with his jacket as he was being arrested for drunk and disorderly behaviour.

When he appeared in court on July 16 last year, his defence lawyer argued Al Mbaidin couldn't be given a community service sentence because he can't speak English.

This would have raised 'issues with the health and safety at work laws.' He was let off with a 12 month conditional discharge.

But just 14 days later he got drunk again and caused a confrontation on Bournemouth beach.

As PC Leslie put him in handcuffs he pushed the officer and spat at him, but it did not connect.

Per quale motivo sarebbe ridicolo prevenire piuttosto che curare? Se un determinato gruppo etnico per ragioni culturali/religiose ha tassi di devianza maggiori rispetto agli autoctoni io posso decidere di non volerli far entrare in Italia senza dover punire i reati dopo che sono stati ormai commessi.Se tua figlia portasse un Filippo Turetta in casa diresti che è inutile fare la lista dei reati dei Filippo Turetta ma che vanno puniti i reati a norma di legge?
