Beh, Cuba non è che sia considerato un paese amico + ti becco a fare operazioni di intelligence sul mio territorio = ti sbatto dentro e ti uso politicamente come posso.

Questo si chiama giocare sporco.
Uno che si infiltra in un'organizzazione terrorista per far fallire attentati è un eroe, si merita un monumento, non l'ergastolo.

Si chiama ragion di stato e con la giustizia non c'entra una cippa. Se a Cuba venisse beccata una spia americana ci sarebbe meno casino, la farebbero sparire.

Da liberale concorderai con me nel dire che anche il peggior criminale (e non è questo il caso) merita un processo giusto?
Perché in questo caso non è così, e la cosa è stata sentenziata anche da un tribunale americano che ha chiesto la revisione del processo, revisione che in seguito è stata loro negata.
