Ciao ragazzi, sapete ke ultimamente nn sono proprio un fan di AZ.. ma siccome odio la gente ke spara kazzate a vanvera (pregiudizi anti Italiani?).. vi invito a leggere i commenti ASSOLUTAMENTE inventati sul forum di airlinequality.com nella sezione passenger opinions.. la kikka più bella viene dal primo commento ke vi copio qui a proposito di alcuni disagi su un volo Londra Pisa! Quando mai AZ ha volato o vola sulla rotta Londra Pisa? Secondo me sta gente Alitalia l'ha vista solo in cartolina.. vi invito a rispondere a questi signorini ke sparano kazzate a vanvera.. il forum di airlinequality è libero.

London to Pisa, which should have taken almost 5 hours. We travelled for 16 hours and, as a result of a flight diversion, we were 'dumped' outside Florence airport from a coach at 1o'clock in the morning. The airport was completely closed and no-one was around, no taxis, nothing. Alitalia consider that they have fulfilled their obligations to us as passengers.

I fly to India at least once a year. This October I chose to fly Alitalia for the first time as the airfare was reasonable for the time I had booked my holiday. The inflight service was apalling. I had ordered two special meals for my outward and return flight, well in advance but was told that I had not done so!, the flight attendants were rude and unfriendly. I don't know if this is an Italian thing but generally the crew had no manners and spoke to you as though you were a burden on them. The seats were uncomfortable and the food was mediocre (a few boiled vegetables and some dry meat!). The inflight entertainment system did not work! on a 10 hour flight!, no newspapers or magazines other than their awful inflight one! When I asked for a glass of water during the night I was told to go and get it myself from the galley! They also argued amongst themselves. Very unprofessional. I shall not be flying Alitalia again.

Alitalia in the June 2003 and was appalled at the service I received. It took me 60 hours to reach my destination, without receiving any hotel accommodation or financial compensation from the airline. Their flight crew had gone on strike and passengers were stranded. The staff were rude and my baggage arrived 5 days later.

Third flight with this group in a year and it gets worse. The staff lack the ability to deal with people honestly and with some sort of concern. The food is the worst I have eaten on any airline. Getting your bags to your final destination is a 50/50 shot in the dark. And the probability of this airline going on strike means that if you must be at a certain place at a certain time you had better arrive 3 to 5 days early.

Alitalia from Rome Fiumicino to Malta. Impressions were bad from the start, with Alitalia staff directing us to the wrong gate and when we finally arrived at the correct gate we were delayed 3 hours. Old, dated MD's with dirty cabin and unfriendly staff. Only food served was a stale roll with ham and rubber-like cheese. Upon arrival in Malta my baggage was lost. It took me 5 days to get it back.
